Terms of Business Administration

Course Objectives:


This gives the introductory course in management science in English. The course covers subjects in the science of management aims to instill modern management thought in the mind of the student in English. And this course deals with for different work environments of local or international and presents the basic concepts of the various schools of management and course-making processes, organization and management development. The course focuses on methods and mechanisms for leadership and management of technical information in English.


Course Content:


1 - Definition Environments institutions and the management culture.
2 - International business environments and multicultural.
3 - First principles for planning and course-making and strategic planning
4 - The basic concepts of administrative organization and design of administrative organizations.


Skills expected from this course:


1 - knowledge of the types of work environments of various governmental and civil and international knowledge of the differences between them and the administrative requirements and management features in each environment.
2 - Understanding the basic principles of course-making process and methods of analyzing problems to find solutions and ways and assets of the Strategic Planning
3 - Understanding the process of administrative organization and its assets and the ability to analyze for the purposes of development
