Course Objectives:
Course aimed at strategic management in general to introduce students to the most important concepts, tools and methods of analysis used in various strategic area of strategic management and how to apply.
Course Contents:
Definition and importance of strategic management - the strategic direction of the organization - strategic analysis of the external environment - strategic analysis of the environment of Interior - strategic choice - Strategies College of the organization - the strategies of the competition - strategies - functional implementation of the strategy - (leadership and strategic plans) - Implementation Strategy - (structure and administrative systems and culture supporting) - Implementation Strategy - (other considerations and implementation mechanisms) - control strategy
Skills expected from this course:
1 - Know the evolution of the concept of strategic management, relevance and strategic levels of analysis.
2 - the student's ability to use strategic management concepts such as strategic vision, the organization's mission, organizational values, goals and objectives.
3 - to deal with strategic course making and managers involved.
4 - the student's ability to use the skills of the general analysis of the external environment, and how to analyze the environment industry.
5 - the use of student skills, application of tools for strategic analysis of the internal environment of the organization.
6 - The student knows the concept of strategic pre-selection (choice of strategic alternatives) through the application of the so-called portfolio analysis as a form of work.
7 - to deal with the overall strategies of the organization (at the level of the organization as a whole).
