Course Objectives:
The course aims to introduce students to Theory concepts of probability and how to use them in course-making with the study of random variables and distributions Alag b mechanism and characteristics, as well as the study of simulation techniques and train the student on the use of statistical software packages
Course Content:
1. Harmonic possibilities and the basics of probability theory.
2. Random variables and probability distributions and their characteristics.
3. Conditional probabilities and independence.
4. The use of statistical software packages.
5. Simulation techniques.
Skills expected from this course:
Upon finishing of this course the student should has:
1. Knowledge of the principles probability and distributions and random variables.
2. The ability to use statistical software packages to solve problems.
