This course aims to study the basic principles of marketing information systems with a focus on applications and strategies of these systems and their role in the distribution of products and services to customers .

  2. Concepts of analysis and design of marketing information systems .
  3. Concepts and principles of design and development of marketing systems .
  4. Use of information technology for marketing information .
  5. The types and characteristics of the major software packages for marketing .
  6. Analysis and study practice cases to marketing information systems in large enterprises
