Multimedia Technologies

Course Objectives:


This course teaches the basics of multimedia system components. It also covers the techniques and tools to design and implement multimedia presentations.

Course Content:

  1. Introduction to multimedia.
  2. Multimedia components.
  3. Transferring parity media into digital system.
  4. Presentation principals using multimedia.
  5. Text and chart building.
  6. The use of drawings and building presentation.
  7. Merging sound with picture and text in one frame.
  8. Building motions.
  1. Multimedia applications.

Skills expected from this course:


Upon finishing this course, the student should: 

  • Know the multimedia applications.
  • Building multimedia presentation using suitable technologies.
  • Evaluate different presentation systems.
  • Apply design principals on the presentation using multimedia.
