Gender & Human Resource Development

Course Objectives:


1) To provide the holistic perspective of the involvement of all elements of society in human development strategies.
2) Emphasize the importance of adopting the principles of social justice in the management of human resources to support the economic goals of the organizations.
3) Highlight the cases of balance in many of the strategies, policies and structures of society and business organizations and corporate sector.
4) The interest of scientific thought and cases related to gender and its relationship to the foundations and the foundations of sustainable human development, and to cope with local values.


Course Content:


Definition of the modern approaches in the field of human resource development and to highlight contemporary scientific thought about the strategies and the policy of inclusive development and a focus on highlighting the thesis of gender as the essential foundation of administrative courses, as well as enrich the student to the principles of management and human resource development and sustainable development in accordance with the contemporary perspective. In addition to enriching the student's methods of evaluating the performance of sectors of society and business organizations about international conventions and declarations relating to development.


Skills expected from this course:


1 - The student knows the concept of the holistic perspective and inclusive development.
2 - Knowledge of the elements of social justice and its role in the Human Development Department.
3 - Ability to link scientific and cases related to gender and its relationship to the foundations and the foundations of sustainable human development.
